Plastic Alternative
Sugarcane Bagasse
Our tableware products are made entirely from 100% natural sugarcane bagasse, which is a non-food renewable resource that can be harvested annually. After the sugarcane stalks have been processed for sugar, the remaining plant fiber is used to create our tableware and food takeaway containers. Unlike many other products, our tableware is not coated with plastic or wax, but are certified biodegradable and compostable with a strong structural integrity to hold shape when used with solid and liquid food.
FEATURES
Why Bagasse?
Upcycling Potential
Every year, an estimated 100 million tons of bagasse is generated, with the majority of it being treated as refuse and not put to use.
Energy Efficiency
The pliability of bagasse, in comparison to wood pulp, results in a marked reduction in the amount of energy required during production.
Renewable Resource
Being a perennial grass, sugarcane is capable of regenerating on the same plot of land without the risk of depleting natural resources.
100% Bio-Degradable
Our products leave no toxic residues as they biodegrade and release their natural components back into the environment.
Certified Food Safe
Bagasse products are made by using 100% natural cellulose fibers derived from sugarcane, along with water and heat. Once used, these products can even serve as feed for cattle.
Single Use Plastic Alternative
Bagasse tableware is an excellent substitute for Styrofoam and plastic products that are derived from petroleum and take centuries to break down.
100% Natural Raw Material
Earth Friendly Products

This allows customers to enjoy their food without any negative effects on their health or the environment. Additionally, as more and more people are becoming conscious of sustainability, our sustainable packaging solutions are also beneficial for businesses.
It is clear that we need to reduce our use of plastic, shift towards more environmentally sustainable products and services, and develop more efficient recycling technology.
