Paavan was created out of a desire to address the growing pollution, waste, and environmental degradation that surrounds us. We recognize that every choice we make has an impact on the environment and we want to make a positive change. Paavan offers a line of bio-degradable and eco-friendly bagasse tableware designed to promote a greener future.
Our aim is to be a leading company in the manufacturing of natural plant fiber and other environmentally-friendly packaging products for the health of consumers and the sustainability of the environment. We strive to bring about a change in the way we live by shifting our perspective and creating a healthier and happier environment.

Nekhel Baid
Director
With over 17 years of experience in exports and an MBA from Institute of Technology & Management, Nekhel has a proven track record in the ceramic industry. In 2005, he took over family’s ceramic business and is exporting merchandise to 40 countries, including major clients such as Target USA, IKEA, Zara Home, and World Market. Nekhel has a strong understanding of product development, having worked closely with designers to bring innovative and high-quality products to the market. In addition, Nekhel has a passion for supporting and growing start-ups, and has incubated and invested in several promising ventures.
Siddharth Bothra
Director
Siddharth Bothra is a seasoned finance and business development professional with over 16 years of experience. He has a proven track record of driving business growth and shaping strategic direction, having held senior roles in leading financial institutions such as HSBC and Credit Suisse Group AG. Siddharth holds an MBA in Advanced Corporate Finance Management from S.P. Jain School of Global Management.
Akshit Agarwal
Director
Akshit Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant professional with over 5 years of experience in the Eco-friendly sustainable product space. He is currently the Director at Eco Healthware LLP Kishangarh, leading manufacturers of biodegradable tableware and food serving and packaging containers using sugarcane bagasse. Akshit’s expertise encompasses plant management, consultancy, machine supply, product design, and every aspect of running a successful manufacturing facility. He is also a responsible and active member of the community, serving as the chairman of St. Stephen Educational Society in Kishangarh, Rajasthan.
